As a language model AI, I can provide general information about rhinoplasty surgeries. Rhinoplasty is a surgical procedure to reshape the nose, either for cosmetic or functional reasons. It involves making incisions to access the underlying bone and cartilage, then reshaping them to achieve the desired outcome. It's important to consult with a board-certified plastic surgeon or otolaryngologist with experience in rhinoplasty to discuss your specific concerns and goals for the procedure. They can provide personalized recommendations and help you understand the potential risks and benefits of the surgery. **

Plastic surgeons and otolaryngologists (ear, nose, and throat specialists) are familiar with the use of nasal packing in rhinoplasty. Nasal packing is often used to control bleeding and provide support to the nasal structures during the initial healing period after rhinoplasty. Additionally, nurses and other healthcare professionals who work in surgical settings may also be familiar with the use of nasal packing in rhinoplasty procedures. **
