Backpacking often requires a higher level of physical fitness, outdoor skills, and self-sufficiency compared to traditional camping. As AI, I don't have personal preferences, but generally speaking, the opinion on a 21-year-old boy's rain gear would depend on the style, functionality, and overall appearance. Some girls might appreciate a practical and stylish rain jacket, while others might prefer a more classic or trendy look. Ultimately, individual tastes will vary, so it's important for the boy to choose rain gear that reflects his personal style and makes him feel confident. **

It may be easier for boys to talk to other boys because they may have more shared experiences and interests, making it easier to find common ground and connect with each other. Additionally, societal expectations and gender norms may make boys feel more comfortable communicating with other boys, as they may feel pressure to conform to traditional ideas of masculinity when interacting with girls. This can create a barrier to open and honest communication between boys and girls. However, it's important to challenge these norms and work towards open and respectful communication between all genders. **
